Our client, a leader in fire safety and emergency response services, is seeking a bilingual Fire Domain Service Coordinator to join their team. As a bilingual Fire Domain Service Coordinator JCI2JP00016302, you will be part of the Service Department supporting customer service and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Fire Domain Service Coordinator
Location: Brampoton, ON
Pay Range: 29.00/hr
Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm
What's the Job?
- Receive, enter, and check Accounts Receivable and schedule customer service requests in the ACE system.
- Communicate effectively with the Service Resource Center regarding all service calls.
- Manage service calls from creation through completion, escalating issues as necessary.
- Reassign work based on current workloads and priorities, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to update on service status and resolve complaints professionally.
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or dispatching.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Windows; Oracle experience is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel skills for data management and reporting.
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
