Compensation & Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $150-200K/year, dependent on experience
• Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary:
• Provide strategic leadership to a large, multi-disciplinary team, driving performance, accountability, and culture
• Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency, throughput, and consistent on-time delivery
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability across all estimating and repair processes
• Own and drive key performance metrics, including cycle time, gross profit, labour efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Champion a customer-first approach, effectively managing escalations and protecting brand reputation
• Lead workforce planning, operational compliance, and continuous improvement while strengthening key external partnerships
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of collision estimation experience with strong technical expertise
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a supervisory or management capacity
• Extensive expertise in collision repair processes, estimating practices, and insurance policies, with the ability to confidently manage complex claims and drive accurate, profitable outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational outcomes
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
