We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AR/AP candidate with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their accounting experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will support both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
Position: AR/AP - 18 MONTHS MAT LEAVE
Start Date: June 1st
Pay: $24/hr
Location: Milton, ON L9T 5B1
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Qualifications
· 1–2 years of experience in an AR/AP or similar accounting role
· Basic understanding of accounting principles
· Experience with ERP/accounting systems is an asset (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry)
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments
