Duties and Responsibilities
Create and maintain an unbiased 18-24 month rolling demand forecasts by integrating internal domain knowledge (Sales Marketing) and external inputs (Customer Forecasts Customer Inventories POS Data)
Enhance predictive forecast accuracy by incorporating domain and business knowledge into baselines forecasts (market trends product lifecycle events)
Manage the customer forecast integration process including establishing and maintaining guidelines (time fences data standards etc.) and ensuring effective integration of internal inputs
Liaise across departments to improve customer forecasts and identify upcoming events that may impact demand projections
Lead Demand Review meetings and contribute to sales and operations planning including forecast alignment target setting and ongoing demand review discussions
Knowledge and Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 5-10 years of experience in demand planning sales operations or a related field
Strong understanding of forecast methodologies market trends and demand planning principles
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using statistical and forecasting tools
Experience working cross-functionally to translate business insights into accurate demand plans

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$81700.00 - $122500.00STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits retirement savings and more.
