Were seeking a Document Controller to join our North Vancouver this role youll be part of a collaborative and dynamic functional team supporting project document management throughout planning execution and close-out phases. Youll help ensure that we deliver quality and complianceon time every time. Together with clients partners and colleagues we co-create innovative sustainable solutions that improve lives today and for generations to come.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain an organized consistent filing system to ensure documents are created signed stored and backed up correctly
• Ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with Quality Management System procedures
• Log and track incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents from clients partners and contractors
• Coordinate with project teams across different time zones within North America to ensure accurate documentation and version control
• Maintain current and accurate document registers and databases

What You Bring:

• A bachelors degree in business management engineering construction management or a related field (preferred but not required)
• At least three years of document control experience within the AEC (Architecture Engineering and Construction) industry
• Familiarity with various electronic document management systems (EDMS); SharePoint and ProjectWise experience is required
• Effective collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated attention to detail written and verbal communication skills
• Organized able to manage evolving duties and effective in cross-functional collaboration
• Anticipates needs and takes action. Leads with initiative and follow-through

Base compensation: $64000 to $100200 for North Vancouver location only. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education experience skill set and/or location.
