Employees are supported trained and challenged to do their best workwhile contributing to a respectful and disciplined production culture.Why Join InhausStable fulltime employment in a growing companyConsistent MondayThursday afternoon shift (3:00pm 1:00am)Structured onboarding and paid safety trainingClean organized safetyfocused production facilitySupportive team environment with clear expectationsOpportunity to grow skills within modern production systemsRole OverviewWe are looking for reliable detailoriented Production Operators to support our manufacturing and order fulfillment operations.This role is well suited for individuals who:Take pride in producing quality workAre dependable and punctualEnjoy working in a structured processdriven environmentUnderstand the importance of teamwork in meeting production targetsSuccessful candidates will be trained on production equipment and standard operating procedures and will play a key role in ensuring every order meets Inhaus quality standards.What Youll Be Responsible ForAfter training the Production Operator will be responsible for supporting daily production activities including:Operating and supporting production equipmentFollowing production schedules and standard operating proceduresMonitoring equipment and replenishing materials as requiredLabelling packaging and organizing finished products and ordersConducting quality control inspections of finished productsPicking packing and preparing orders for shipmentMoving raw materials and finished goods (including lifting up to 50 lbs)Maintaining accurate production and inventory recordsKeeping equipment and work areas clean organized and safeAssisting with basic preventative maintenance tasksSupporting other operational tasks as neededKey Functions and Scope:Interpret production schedule and operate production equipmentMove raw materials from storage to buffering stages (tracking consumption)Monitor equipment replenishing materials as needed.Label and package finished productInterpret packaging schedule and pick and pack finished product for shipmentStore finished product in inventoryData entry for updating production records and inventoryMaintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned areaAssist with preventative maintenance tasks
Requirements12 years of experience in a production manufacturing or warehouse environmentPhysically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksAble to safely lift 50 poundsEligible to work in CanadaCompetencies & CapabilitiesStrong team collaborator with ability to deliver resultsReliable punctual and consistent attendanceStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsComfortable working independently once trainedStrong teamwork and communication skillsPositive attitude with willingness to learnAble to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesComfortable working in a fastpaced production environmentThis Role Is a Good Fit If You:Prefer clear expectations and structured workTake pride in accuracy organization and consistencyValue a safetyfirst workplaceAre looking for stable longterm employmentCan commit to a regular afternoon shiftOther Pertinent Job Information:Fulltime onsite attendance is required at our Richmond BC production facilityThis role operates primarily on the afternoon shift: 3:00 PM 1:00 AM Monday to ThursdayBenefits:Full Benefit package including dental careFree On-site parkingPaid time off
