About the Role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex high-value or multi-phase construction projects while also providing strategic oversight mentorship and operational leadership across multiple project teams.
This role plays a critical part in driving project performance developing teams improving systems and supporting business growth.
The Senior Project Manager works closely with executive leadership clients and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered safely efficiently and in alignment with company objectives.
Who You Are
You are an experienced construction leader with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams.
You bring both technical expertise and strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture while managing detailed execution.
You are comfortable leading multiple projects mentoring Project Managers and contributing to continuous improvement systems development and operational excellence.
