Ton rôle au sein de notre équipe

Dans nos maternités porcines, tu vas contribuer à mettre au monde plusieurs porcelets de qualité. Pour ce faire, tu seras appelé à faire des inséminations, à suivre la gestation des truies et à les assister lors des naissances des porcelets.

Voici à quoi ressembleront tes principales responsabilités :
  • Surveillance et soins aux truies gestantes : tu veilleras à leur bien-être, à leur alimentation, à la propreté des installations et à la détection des signes de mise-bas;
  • Assistance à la mise-bas : tu interviendras lorsque nécessaire pour faciliter les naissances et t’assurer que les porcelets prennent un bon départ;
  • Entretien quotidien des bâtiments : parce que l’hygiène est la clé, tu participeras à l’entretien et au nettoyage des installations, en respectant les normes de biosécurité en place;
  • Suivi des performances animales : tu contribueras à l'observation des comportements et à la tenue de registres (naissances, mortalité, traitements, etc.), en collaboration avec ton équipe;
  • Travail en équipe : tu travailleras de concert avec des collègues passionnés, dans une ambiance de collaboration, où la sécurité et le respect sont essentiels.

Ton profil :
  • Tu apprécies le travail manuel et les animaux;
  • Tu as une bonne forme physique (le travail se fait debout, parfois accroupi, et nécessite de manipuler des animaux);
  • Tu aimes travailler en équipe;
  • Tu possèdes un bon sens de l’observation, de la rigueur et du souci du détail.
Conditions d'emploi
  • Emploi d'été de juin à août;
  • Horaire du lundi au vendredi, de jour, 40hrs/semaine;
  • Salaire offert : 19$/heure;
  • Formation complète offerte sur place par des employés d’expérience;
  • Vêtements et bottes de travail fournis;
  • Lieu de travail : Beaumont
