arc clinics located in Vancouver and Burnaby. Founded in August 2022, we have grown quickly and continue to expand thanks to strong community demand and a physician-first approach. Our Clinics are physician-owned and physician-run, ensuring that clinical decisions and operations are guided by those who understand frontline care best.

Our Clinics are physician-owned and physician-run, ensuring that clinical decisions and operations are guided by those who understand frontline care best. We provide comprehensive primary care for all age groups — from newborns to the elderly — in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Our Medical Director, Dr. Virginia Le, is a bilingual (English and Vietnamese) family physician deeply committed to clinical excellence.

Burnaby-Brentwood Clinic

Our Burnaby clinic is conveniently located in North Burnaby’s Brentwood neighbourhood, one of the region’s fastest-growing urban centres. This vibrant area offers excellent public transit access, modern amenities, and a diverse, family-oriented population. Situated near major residential developments, shopping centres, and community services, the Brentwood location serves a wide range of patients and is ideal for physicians looking to build or grow a stable, long-term practice in a thriving community.

Excellent Patient Volume

• Minimum 6 patients per hour guaranteed, year-round

• We cover the cost of EMR migration/record transfer for incoming physicians

Compensation & Payment

• 75/25 split on MSP and uninsured payments
• 100% of LFP panel payments and QI project payments are paid fully to physicians
• Minimum 6 patients per hour guaranteed
• Flexible payment models: FFS, LFP, or NTP
