Position SummaryAs a Physiotherapist, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients achieve and maintain their highest level of functional independence. You’ll assess, plan, and implement personalized rehabilitation programs, working closely with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and meaningful care.
This role is ideal for a compassionate, innovative, and collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic home and community care setting.
