We are seeking a Personal Trainer / Coach for our premium North Vancouver and Lions Bay centers who views coaching as a craft, not a shift.
The Mission
We help clients move past dieting frustration through a structured system of:
Fitness: Progressive strength training and purposeful HIIT.
Nutrition: Macronutrient and BMR-focused support.
Mindset: Accountability and long-term behavior change.
We use InBody scans to coach based on real data, ensuring results that last a lifetime.
The Role: Personal Trainer / Coach
You will lead small-group (1–6 clients) and 1:1 sessions, delivering a premium experience rooted in technical excellence and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaching: Deliver clear cues, prioritize form over load, and adapt exercises for injuries/limitations.
Fulfillment: Manage client progress via InBody scans, app messaging, and monthly check-ins.
Standards: Maintain a spotless facility, uphold professional dress codes, and collaborate with our nutrition team.
