Position Overview
JTK Integrated Controls is seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Panel Shop Supervisor to lead our panel fabrication team. This role is intended for a senior control panel builder or electrical technician with extensive hands-on experience in industrial control panel assembly, wiring standards, and supervision of technical shop personnel.
The successful candidate will supervise panel fabrication activities while maintaining direct involvement in layout, wiring, testing, and quality verification of industrial control systems used in PLC-based automation environments.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have demonstrated experience building industrial control panels from engineering drawings and supervising panel shop production.
