S’assure que les équipements thermiques sont fonctionnels en tout temps et que les produits rencontrent les spécifications du client en matière de qualité.
Charge et décharge les fournaises selon les instructions d’activité et les critères du produit.
Prend connaissance des spécifications du traitement thermique sur les fiches et suit les instructions concernant les températures et les temps indiqués.
Est responsable de la propreté de son lieu de travail.
Comprend et ajuste les contrôles de la fournaise.
Effectue la lecture des cadrans indicateurs.
Complète les divers rapports requis.
Enregistre l’information relative au traitement thermique dans la base de données prévue à cet effet.
Accomplit d’autres tâches au besoin

Assurer que les équipements, les installations, les outils, les méthodes de travail ainsi que les activités sont efficaces, sécuritaires et conformes aux normes prescrites.
