Job Title: Plate Roll or Metal Fabrication Machine Operator (Bertsch 3-Point Plate Rolls)

Location: Brampton, ON

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Shift: Day Shift Monday to Friday (7:00 AM 4:30 PM | Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $20 $28 per hour (Based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking experienced Plate Roll Operators with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience

operating Bertsch 3-Point Plate Rolls and will work closely with skilled trades in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and safely operate Bertsch 3-Point Plate Rolls

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Perform layout and mark dimensions on metal plates as required

• Complete all required production paperwork accurately

• Ensure proper handling and forming of various material grades

• Operate lifting equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Follow all company safety policies and Ontario/regional regulations

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Plate Roll Operator

• Hands-on experience with Bertsch 3-Point Plate Rolls

• Strong ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings

• Knowledge of different material grades and forming techniques

• Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills (verbal and written English)

• High attention to detail and accuracy
