Job description
Seeking an Executive Director with a passion for sustainable growth and community building. This strategic leadership role focuses on representing local businesses, enhancing membership engagement, and executing impactful programs. In this senior position, you will work closely with over 115 members to advocate for their needs and promote the value of involvement. You'll also manage budgeting, fundraising efforts, and event planning, while ensuring community ties remain strong. Your role will include collaborating with a board of directors and overseeing daily operations. Key Responsibilities: • Advocate publicly for local business interests • Drive proactive member recruitment and retention • Create and execute successful events and programs • Manage financial operations and budgeting processes • Maintain website and social media for visibility Requirements: • Non-profit or membership organization experience preferred • Background in leadership or business management roles • Strong relationship-building and sales skills • Familiarity with Canva and Constant Contact a plus • Excellent communication and organizational skills Leverage your strategic vision and community focus to make a significant impact in this vital leadership role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
