Job description
Explore a fulfilling role as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician within a stable community practice. Benefit from a 4-day work week and flexible scheduling that promotes work-life balance. This opportunity invites Board Eligible or Certified candidates to join an experienced team in a community-based model. With no call responsibilities, you will primarily focus on inpatient care with a limited number of intermediate care beds. Collaborate closely with a dedicated team, including advanced practice providers and supportive staff, ensuring a long-lasting career. Key Responsibilities: • Provide patient care within a community practice • Conduct rounding on 6 intermediate care beds • Participate in structured mentorship initiatives • Engage with on-site laboratory and X-ray services • Collaborate within an integrated EMR system Requirements: • Board Eligible or Certified in Family or Internal Medicine • New graduates and visa candidates welcome • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Commitment to patient education and care • A passion for community health Embrace a rewarding career opportunity that prioritizes patient care and offers professional growth within a supportive community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
