As an Inventory & Network Planning Analyst, you will be a key driver of operational excellence across our Canadian Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) network. Reporting to the Network Planning Manager, you will balance high-level inventory strategy with hands-on operational support. More than 3 years of experience in a PDC or warehouse environment with deep proficiency in SAP/EWM systems.
Previous experience working within a unionized environment and a working knowledge of Collective Agreements.
A strong background in structured problem-solving using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, 8D, 5-Why, or 6-Panel.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams or complex, network-wide operational projects.
A track record of consistently applying Ford-expected behaviors to drive business results.

The expected annual salary range for this Ford of Canada position is $ 85,000.00 - $135,000.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
