Bilingual (English/French) Accounting & Administrative Coordinator

• Entering orders in our computer system.
• Invoicing shipped orders.
• Process and issue credits as needed.
• Setting up new client accounts.
• Client communications.
• Account reconciliations.
• and other administrative duties that support overall department and Company needs.

• Ideally a certificate in basic accounting, administration, or related field.
• Bilingual (English/French) - spoken and written fluency required. We will not consider any candidates who do not speak French.
• 1–3 years of office/administrative experience (preferred).
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated curiosity and problem-solving skill.
