You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, bringing structure to complex initiatives while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders. With a systems mindset, you understand the importance of building repeatable frameworks, clear communications, and operational guardrails that reduce disruption for store teams and support sustainable business growth. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

  • Developing and managing store-facing communication cadences and resource frameworks to ensure clarity for retail teams throughout the store lifecycle
  • Designing and evolving remote execution approaches and operational frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency across projects
  • Measuring program effectiveness, identifying trends, and driving continuous improvements to store readiness and handover processes

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Developing new processes as store designs and retail expressions evolve
  • Developing enhanced store readiness dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision making
  • Advancing remote enablement tools and documentation to further reduce travel and operational disruption
  • Creating scalable operational playbooks, templates, and resource standards for store lifecycle initiatives
  • Designing new practices that improve cross-functional alignment and program efficiency as the retail fleet grows

Are you our next Program Manager, Store Development Operations?

  • You have 5+ years’ project management or operational leadership in retail.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or a related field

  • You are approachable and personable, showcasing a customer-centric mindset
  • You are proficient in Smartsheet and Microsoft Suite
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You can multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage priorities working in a fast-paced environment
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
