Our current demand is strongest for clinicians who provide in-person services and have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, or relationship concerns.

Compensation:$105 - $140 hourly
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality psychotherapy to adult clients, with care that is thoughtful, ethical, relational, and clinically grounded
- Work with clients presenting with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties
- Develop collaborative treatment plans that support meaningful therapeutic progress, while practising within your scope and competence
- Maintain timely, accurate, ethical clinical documentation consistent with Ontario standards and your regulatory college
- Manage clinical risk appropriately, including safety planning, consultation, referral, or escalation when clinically indicated
- Collaborate with Limestone’s intake and administrative systems to support client matching, scheduling flow, continuity of care, and client experience
- Use JaneApp, Slack, email, calendar systems, and clinic processes reliably and professionally
- Maintain clear therapeutic boundaries, consistent attendance practices, and effective session structure
- Engage in consultation, mentorship, or clinical dialogue when appropriate, especially when cases become complex or stuck
- Contribute to a clinic culture where warmth, directness, accountability, clinical curiosity, and good humour can coexist
Qualifications:- Master’s degree or higher in a regulated mental health field, such as psychotherapy, counselling psychology, social work, psychology, or equivalent
- Current registration with an Ontario regulatory college permitting the controlled act of psychotherapy
- Eligible registrations may include CRPO, CPBAO/CPO, OCSWSSW, or another applicable Ontario regulatory college
- Please note: In Ontario, CCC designation alone does not permit a clinician to perform the controlled act of psychotherapy
- Strong clinical experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, or relationship concerns
- Trauma-competent or actively trauma-committed; training in EMDR, Brainspotting, CPT, or other trauma-focused approaches is welcome
- Comfortable with emotionally complex work and clients whose progress may not follow a tidy timeline
- Reliable, professional, friendly, clinically thoughtful, and able to maintain clear therapeutic boundaries
- Coachable, growth-oriented, and willing to use consultation or mentorship when it improves client care
- Tech-comfortable with email, calendars, PDFs, JaneApp, Slack, and online scheduling systems
- Able to provide in-person psychotherapy in Kingston, Ontario; evening availability is strongly preferred
- Preferred: 2+ years of post-registration clinical experience or equivalent depth of clinical competence
