Weyerhaeuser's (Engineered Wood Products) Parallam manufacturing Plant, located on Annacis Island (Delta), British Columbia, is currently seeking Production Associates. Our plant manufactures the high strength engineered wood product Parallam and is a participative management team concept operation. We believe that the key to our success lies within our associates, and we value the diversity of people and ideas.
Successful candidates will be provided with all the required training to perform their role safely and efficiently and will initially provide support across a multi-shift/24-hour hour production environment. The standard production shift length is 12 hours, with a mixture of dayshifts and nightshifts (including weekends) required. The new hires will work full-time hours, averaging 40 hours/week, and will be performing in a variety of capacities to produce quality products for our customers.
