We are expanding and seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager / Lead Generation Specialist who is open to an exciting performance-based, remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities Execute lead generation strategies using social media marketing and digital platforms Develop and manage a qualified prospect pipeline Conduct structured discovery and consultative sales conversations Build and nurture professional relationships Drive client acquisition and revenue growth Track performance metrics and conversion data Participate in weekly mentorship and leadership development training Operate independently while collaborating with a global remote team Core Skill Alignment Ideal candidates may have experience in: Business development Sales management Account management Lead generation Social media marketing Digital marketing Online marketing Client relationship management High-ticket sales Remote sales Performance marketing Customer acquisition E-learning or personal development industries Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer service Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a remote, independent contractor role Goal-oriented and performance-driven Proficient with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or other digital platforms Self-motivated with strong time management skills Compensation Structure This is a performance-based independent contractor role .

Compensation is commission-based with no cap on earning potential.
