We are a busy business office in the Burlington, Ontario area, looking for a part-time administrator who can help manage our day-to-day activities within our office located at RE/MAX Escarpment Realty, located at 2180 Itabashi Way, Burlington, ON.
We are looking for someone who is very organized and excellent with computers, who will do general administrative tasks for our company for 25 hours per week. The wage is $40,000 per annum with the opportunity to grow long-term. This position also has an exciting bonus structure based on helping with company growth. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.
The ideal candidate is someone who has their own transportation, speaks and writes English clearly, and is looking for something long-term. Computer savvy and customer service skills are a must. Other excellent skills (great if you have them, but not necessary) are photography, design, video editing, social media expertise, or marketing. We use Mac computers primarily here as well.
The general week would be 5 hours per day, 5 days per week, from 9:00-2:00 in our office daily.
