Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise all bakery department functions
Follow and enforce strict food safety standards
Ensure display cases and other merchandising areas are stocked and properly faced at all times in
accordance with department standards
Maximize sales and gross profits, ensuring financial objectives are achieved
Coach and train Staff
Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and procedures
Any additional duties as required by Store Management
Qualifications: Strong customer service skills
