You will oversee the daily maintenance operations of a service fleet and lead a team of technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient vehicle availability.

This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be on the shop floor, working closely with mechanics and operations teams to keep the fleet moving.
5+ years leadership experience supervising mechanics or technicians
Experience managing a heavy-duty fleet, truck shop, or equipment maintenance operation
Background in transportation, waste services, municipal fleet, construction equipment, logistics, or similar industry
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and fleet reliability
Experience coaching and developing technicians
Valid driver's license
Ability to work onsite afternoons (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
