Supply Chain Supervisor

We are seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee day-to-day material flow, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment in the KWC region.

Pay - $70-$90K

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and line-side delivery

• Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and Just-In-Time (JIT) requirements

• Lead and support logistics associates, forklift operators, and material handlers

• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and storage optimization

• Collaborate with production, planning, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve material shortages

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality systems, and company policies

• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and freight costs

• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of logistics or materials experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment

• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of automotive supply chain processes

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
