We’re a family-owned company with more than 40 years of experience. Our teams make and install precast concrete components for barns, residential buildings, and other structures. We’re looking for reliable people who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a crew that gets the job done safely.
What will you be doing?
Help lay out and install precast concrete components on site.
Rig components and help guide them into place.
Follow drawings to make sure each piece is installed in the right order and properly connected.
Load, unload, and move construction materials.
Work with your crew to keep the site safe and the job moving.
What we are looking for
A dependable team player who takes pride in doing the job well.
Comfort working outdoors year-round and at heights.
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
The ability to read and write English, use a tape measure in metric and imperial, and read drawings.
A strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
Welding education or experience is an asset.
