The Role:
As the Store Manager Trainee (SMT), you will work alongside the Store Manager and assist with the direct supervision of the management and store team. You will learn to lead, manage, and ensure the maximization of sales growth in your store. You will also assist with the loss prevention processes in the store including participation in prevention strategies and investigations.
You will be enrolled in our Store Manager Trainee training program, it will set you up for success and get you ready to manage your own store within the British Columbia district.

Generally, the hiring range for this position is $52,000 to $57,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
