Job Description

• Evaluating andoptimizing marketing and pricingstrategies
• Overseeingadvertising department operations and staffmembers
• Develop a marketingcommunications plan including strategy, goals, budget, andtactics
• Liaise with clientsto establish their needs
• Analyzing markettrends and preparing forecasts
• Working with staffmembers, clients, or an ad agency to establish and meet projectgoals, budgets, and timelines
• Communicate with thesocial media team and marketing department to plancontent
• Coordinatingmarketing strategies with the sales, financial, publicrelations, and production departments
• Monitoring projectprogress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remainsfocused and effective
• Establish andmaintain relationships with clients
• Preparing andpresenting quarterly and annual reports to seniormanagement
• Negotiating contractspecifications and terms with clients or other externalparties
• Approach mediaoutlets to negotiate advertisingopportunities
• Promoting our brandat trade shows and major industry-relatedevents
• Participating in thehiring and evaluation of employees within the advertisingdepartment

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 yearsexperience in a relevant field; management experience may bepreferred
• Proven track recorddesigning and executing successful public relations campaigns atboth a local and national level
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
• Proficiency inelectronic marketing automation software such as HubSpotMarketing and Bitrix24
• Understanding ofdesign and marketing principles andtechniques
• Strong relationshipswith both local and national business and industry mediaoutlets
• Ability to strategizeand plan campaigns in advance
• Superb leadership,communication, and collaboration abilities
• Decisiveness andstrong problem-solving skills, especially underpressure
