Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands‑on nursing care, including medication administration and wound care
Conduct health assessments and assist in developing personalized care plans
Support residents physical, emotional, and social well‑being
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
Qualifications:
Current RPN license in good standing with the CNO
Experience in retirement or long‑term care preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, resident‑centered approach to care
