We are hiring a Regular Full-Time Assistant Manager for our Road Assist Fleet team. In this role you will lead a dedicated team of Fleet Technicians, ensuring a safe and efficient operation and an excellent customer experience for BCAA Members.
Onsite at the Burnaby Depot (5590 Goring Street). Candidates must be within commuting distance of the Burnaby Depot or be willing to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region.
Salary range: $78,300 to $87,000, determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. Eligibility for a performance‑bonus target of 12.5%, with potential to earn up to 20%.
