Power Link is a Burlington-based transportation & logistics company with two divisions: Same Day Courier and Freight. We are looking for a new staff member to join our Courier division. This is an opportunity to join a growing company with significant expansion plans.
COURIER DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Description:
The Courier Dispatcher/CSR position entails assigning delivery orders to the most appropriate drivers throughout the day. The Dispatcher/CSR ensures shipments are completed in the most efficient manner possible by overseeing pickup and delivery requests, providing information, and supervising deliveries to meet customer needs. They ensure accuracy when entering customer orders and other information into the computer system in a timely manner. They also provide prompt, precise, and knowledgeable information to Power Link customers, drivers, and company staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation:
$50,000 to $70,000 (salary & annual bonus) a year, depending on experience
Experience: Courier, expedited, or other transportation industry dispatcher experience is preferred
