Ingénieur(e) Électrique – Radiofréquence (RF)

Lieu : Montréal (hybride)

Salaire : 150 000 $ et plus, selon expérience

Cote de sécurité : Admissible à une cote OTAN – Secret II

L’entreprise poursuit une expansion importante de ses capacités d’essais RF et cherche à intégrer un(e) ingénieur(e) hautement technique afin de soutenir sa croissance.

Responsabilités principales

  • Élaborer des plans et procédures d’essai RF conformes aux normes RTCA et MIL
  • Réaliser des essais RF en chambres anéchoïques et champs d’essai
  • Analyser les résultats et produire rapports techniques et documents de certification
  • Concevoir, coordonner et mettre en place de nouveaux bancs d’essais RF
  • Diriger des projets de R-D dans le domaine RF et systèmes aéronautiques
  • Diagnostiquer les défaillances RF et recommander des mesures correctives
  • Réaliser la calibration et l’entretien d’équipements RF (VNA, générateurs, etc.)
  • Concevoir outillages, gabarits et dispositifs de test
  • Soutenir les équipes internes et les clients dans la résolution de problématiques techniques

Profil recherché

  • Baccalauréat en génie électrique (ou en mécanique/aérospatial avec expertise RF démontrée)
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pratique en essais RF, conception RF ou instrumentation
  • Compétence technique en analyse RF, calibration et équipements spécialisés
  • Expérience pratique avec VNA, générateurs RF, chambres anéchoïques
  • Connaissance des normes RTCA et MIL (atout majeur)
  • Connaissance de Lua ou NSI MI-3000 (atout important)
  • Autonomie, rigueur, approche hands-on, sens des responsabilités
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication technique
  • Maîtrise du français OU de l’anglais (l’une des deux langues doit être pleinement opérationnelle)

  • Salaire : 150 000 $+ selon expérience
