Our Client is seeking experienced Scrum Masters to support cross-functional program review and product delivery teams across multiple digital transformation initiatives.
The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, designers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to facilitate Agile delivery, remove blockers, improve team effectiveness, and ensure consistent delivery against sprint commitments.
The role also requires hands-on experience with Generative AI, agentic AI tools, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor cross-functional product delivery and program review teams on Agile principles, practices, policies, and procedures.

Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including:

Coach teams on Agile delivery practices, estimation, sprint commitments, external dependencies, and blocker resolution.

Support Product Owners with:

Backlog management
-
Release planning
-
Product roadmaps
-
Delivery reporting
-
Prioritization
-
Act as a bridge between Product Owners and delivery teams to support the successful achievement of sprint goals.

Identify and remove roadblocks, dependencies, and delivery risks.

Promote team accountability, collaboration, and self-organization.

Maintain Agile delivery metrics and reporting, including:

Participate in digital service delivery activities such as user research and usability testing.

Translate technical changes and automation impacts into clear, accessible communication for business stakeholders, Product Owners, delivery teams, and staff.
Generative AI & Agentic AI Responsibilities
The Scrum Master will be expected to demonstrate practical AI fluency through regular use of Generative AI and agentic AI tools in delivery-related activities.

Mandatory Requirements
Certification
Required Experience
Candidates must have:

Minimum 2 years of experience coaching teams on Agile methodologies.

Minimum 3 years of experience leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

Minimum 3 years of experience working within an Agile development environment.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with:

5+ years of experience delivering virtual or web-based training using tools such as Microsoft Teams.

Experience guiding Agile teams in accountability and self-organization.

4+ years of experience implementing or working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
-
1+ year of hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance or streamline Scrum Master responsibilities.

5+ years of experience planning work aligned with Product Owner priorities.

6+ years of experience with software development processes and associated best practices.
-
4+ years of experience working within North American public-sector environments.
-
2+ years of experience working with teams using UX design, service design, design thinking, or other user-centered design practices.
