We are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager who can lead from the front, motivate a high-performing team, and grow the department profitably while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who understands the used vehicle business inside and out and knows how to balance people, process, and performance.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and inspire the used car sales team to achieve sales goals
• Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to team members
• Build a positive, customer-focused environment that encourages repeat business
• Oversee inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize profitability
• Collaborate with the service and finance departments to enhance customer experience
• Analyze sales performance, trends, and metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies that increase market share and department success
