We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative that will provide solutions regarding customer inquiries while remaining courteous and professional with the utmost quality to their customers, offering guidance on premium products.

Schedule : Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, availability from 08 : 30 am to 05 : 00 pm

Location : Work from home

Salary : $24.36 per hour

Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual for the role of Full-Time Customer Service Representative. Your responsibilities will include :

Providing solutions to customer inquiries with courtesy and empathy, via phone and email

Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction

Answering incoming calls positively and respectfully

Offering detailed information on high-end appliances

Addressing customer concerns and ensuring follow-up with effective solutions

Accurately scheduling appointments and dispatching installation technicians

Coordinating appliance deliveries with the Supply Chain for installation dates

Processing customer requests promptly and accurately

Documenting and recording customer information in the software system

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess :

3-5 years' experience in customer service or call center environment

Proactive listening skills to understand and solve customer concerns with patience and empathy

Collaborative team player attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills in both English and French

Multitasking capabilities with proficiency in using multiple applications simultaneously

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

Strong organizational skills and ability to establish priorities

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (an asset)

Logistics experience (an asset)
