de l'emploi:Customer Service RepresentativeUnder the supervision of the Team Lead, the Customer Service Representative (temporary) responds to calls related to insurance claims (automotive glass breakage) while maintaining the highest quality standards of our organization. Using the scripts and systems available to them, they assist customers with their questions and concerns and recommend solutions according to their needs.What You'll Bring:1+ yrs of experience in a call center/customer service capacity
Experience with insurance claims or insurance companies is a big plus
Proficient in English and French (written and spoken)
Comfortable using different computer systems and platforms
Legal Work Authorization in Canada
Resident of the Greater Montreal area
Available to work variable hours including Monday-Friday 7am-9am and Saturday 8am-5pm
Full paid, in-person training (12 days full-time at our Laval office)
100% remote work after training and the support of a professional and inspiring team
Base hourly rate + performance bonus
Possibility of extension/permanent hire beyond initial contract
1+ expérience en centre d`appels / service à la clientèle est un atout
Une expérience en Assurances constitue un atout important
Bilingue (Français ET anglais de niveau intermédiaire/avancé)
Aisance à naviguer entre différentes applications informatiques
Autorisation de travailler légalement au Canada
Résident(e) du Grand Montréal
Flexible pour travailler sur horaires variables dans les plages suivantes : L-V entre 7h-21h, Samedi 8h-17h
Formation complète, en présentiel, rémunérée (12 jours à temps plein à nos bureaux de Laval)
Travail 100% à distance par la suite avec le soutien continu d’une équipe professionnelle et inspirante
Salaire de base + Bonus de performance
Possibilité d’extension / permanence au-delà du mandat (à déterminer)
