Assistant Teaching Professor -Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Foundation & Apprenticeship

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Certification with minimum 5 years' post-certification experience
• Previous post secondary teaching experience in Apprenticeship Training
• Experience using Learning Management Systems
• Served in a recognized apprenticeship program
• Proficient in the operation of machine shop equipment such as the lathe, milling machine, surface grinder, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Assets:

• Provincial Instructor's Diploma or Education Degree
• Supervisory/Management experience
• Machinist Red Seal Certification
