Who is an Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.

Compensation:
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47000 - $70000 determined by performance time in the position and variable compensation earned.This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
