Our utility client is looking for a Contract Administrator for a 6 month contract in Vernon.
This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities
Reports
Processes accounting, financial, vehicle use and other business performance documentation; reconciling project or work management related reports;
preparing cost control reports and draft narratives on significant variances
HR Onboarding of New Employees
Send hiring docs to appropriate departments; complete QLMS onboarding; Update Employee / Phone / Computer / Vehicle List;
add employee to SAP Expenses; Complete TSR for various accesses for employees / contractors.
Other
- Maintain and update emergency contact information; Maintain storage and file cabinets; Maintain and Update Frequently Used Forms for crews;
- For CS-SI and CS-NI maintain and update CS IBEW temporary employee promotion list; Address minor building maintenance issues or escalate as required (mail / courier delivery);
Qualifications
A minimum three (3) years of contract administration work experience or equivalent.
High school graduation
Must haves :
- Local Candidate (5 days in the office requirement)
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
Nice to haves :
Project Management Support
Maintains and / or updates labour, cost and other data on various CS projects; Maintain electronic files for projects.
