How You Will Create Impact
- Consult with stakeholders to understand, gather and document clear business and technology requirements, processes, issues and risks.
- Investigate and recommend solutions using sound business judgment while consulting all affected areas and applying solutions where appropriate.
- Develop test strategies, plan and provide effort estimates while adhering to Business Systems standards, methodologies, processes and tools.
- Support technical design, development and testing activities by offering subject‑matter expertise to respond to inquiries, participate in reviews and provide context regarding business needs and requirements.
- Coach, train and develop team members, providing timely feedback to achieve department objectives.

Five years of experience or more as a business analyst, preferably in an agile environment.Post‑secondary degree in Business, Computer Science or related fields.Business Analyst certification or working toward certification.Excellent business and systems knowledge and comprehension of applications, procedures and workflows.What You Need To Know

The final salary for the successful candidate is determined by Co‑operators in its discretion and will vary based on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education.
