Forklift Operator Overview

Are you a hands‑on, detail‑oriented team player who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment? We’re currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our flooring distribution team in Delta, BC .

The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations and is proficient with electric reach (narrow aisle) forklifts and counterbalance forklifts ( valid certification required ). This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout the facility while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently.
• Complete accurate order picking to fulfill customer orders.
• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and manage stock locations.
• Perform routine forklift and equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and compliance.
• Assist with manual material handling and heavy lifting as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to reduce operational risks.
• Support general warehouse duties as needed—no task is too big or too small.
