Job Description
Night Manager - Full Time
Providing engaging, sincere, personalized service is one of the ways our Front Office Colleagues are turning moments into memories for our guests at Fairmont Waterfront.
Showcase your interpersonal strengths as Night Manager, where you will lead, train and recognize the overnight team in support of exceptional guest service!
What you will be doing :
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Supervise all of the nightly operations of the hotel
- Work with Security to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests
- Prepare for and execute the end of day process for both the Front Office and Food & Beverage systems and restore systems for the next day’s operations
- Collect and prepare all of the materials required for Accounting audit
- Assist Night Guest Service Agent as needed
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include :
- Previous experience in Night Audit / Front Office at a supervisory level
- Strong knowledge of computer systems including Excel and PMS systems
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset
- Knowledge of safety procedures and First Aid certification an asset
- Fluent in a second language an asset
- Excellent interpersonal communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
