- Lead and manage ICI construction projects, with a focus on food or manufacturing facilities, ensuring successful on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate all project activities, including design, planning, procurement, and construction.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, maintaining open communication and resolving issues as they arise.
- Oversee site teams and ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Track project progress, manage resources, and prepare regular updates for senior management and clients.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on ICI projects.
- Proven experience managing projects in the food processing or manufacturing sectors is a strong asset.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, Gold Seal, or similar certifications are an asset.
- Strong project portfolio showcasing relevant experience and successful project outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Ontario Building Code, Occupational Health and Safety standards, and relevant industry regulations.
