Job Summary :
Are you a master of workflow optimization and automation? Do you love to solve operational problems and deliver solutions to improve the client experience?
If so, we are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Improvement and Automation Consultant to join our team.
As a consultant in this role, you will be responsible for analyzing our organization's existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline operations, improve the client experience, and enhance efficiency.
Your expertise will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives and facilitating the adoption of innovative technologies to optimize workflow across departments.
What you'll be doing :
Process Analysis and Evaluation
Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and understand business objectives
Improvement Strategy & Planning
Formulate comprehensive strategies tailored to address specific business needs and objectives
Identify opportunities for leveraging automation technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML)
Solution Design and Implementation
Design and develop customized solutions to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement processes, tools, and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
Project & Change Management
Actively lead or participate in process improvement projects, including ideation through to implementation and control of solutions
Empower employees with the skills and knowledge required to effectively utilize automation tools and follow new processes
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of automated processes and track performance metrics
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions, making necessary adjustments and optimizations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
What you have :
5+ years of previous experience as an advisor, analyst, or similar role
Working knowledge of methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and Agile
Moderate to advanced process mapping skills (value stream & / or customer journey mapping experience an asset)
Moderate to advanced level experience with statistical software
Hands-on experience with automation technologies and tools, including RPA platforms (Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), workflow automation software, and scripting languages
Analytical skills and high attention to detail
Communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data and concepts for various levels of stakeholders, including C-Suite
Continuous improvement mindset

Positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Problem solving and persuasion skills to overcome resistance to change
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can provide and receive constructive feedback
Nice to have :
Lean Six Sigma certification, will also consider a combination of applied experience / education
Applied project management and change management experience
STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
5+ years’ experience working in an operations environment
Salary Range : $116,800 - $130,000
The salary represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role. The actual salary will vary depending on market conditions and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education / training.
