Job description

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive new business and grow client accounts for a Saskatchewan-based IT staffing firm. This role is sales-focused and revenue-driven, with clear ownership of pipeline development, client acquisition, and deal closure.

If you are motivated by targets, enjoy consultative selling, and excel at building long-term client relationships in the IT staffing space, this role offers strong earning potential and direct impact on company growth.

What You Will Do

  • Build, manage, and forecast a qualified sales pipeline of new and existing client opportunities in Saskatchewan.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers in procurement, HR, and IT leadership.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to present and sell staffing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close mutually beneficial agreements with clients and consultants.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking meetings to generate leads and expand your book of business.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Support sales outreach initiatives (campaigns, messaging, events) as tools to generate leads and close deals.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B business development, with a proven track record of securing and managing high-level corporate accounts.
  • A deep understanding of the Saskatchewan corporate landscape and the regional business environment.
  • Background in IT staffing or professional IT services is an asset.
  • success in closing deals, managing quotas, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a sales territory and prioritize revenue-driving activities.
  • Experience using CRM systems to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and manage accounts.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
