Role Description: The Overnight Fill Crew runs Full-Time overnights (9pm-5am). This team is responsible for aisle replenishment & cleanliness. You will be accountable for a designated zone within the store and responsible for the filling standards within that area. Starting wage range: $17.85 - $19.25

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Stocking merchandise on to shelves.
• Comfortable with technology, shelf capacities, and locating system.
• Accountable to proper presentation standards.
• Ongoing facing & aisle maintenance throughout shift.
• Leave aisles swept, tidy, and free of all debris.

Core Competencies:

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Physically fit – ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Results oriented individual.
• Very comfortable with technology.
• Ability to complete detail-oriented retail tasks according to instructions and to demonstrate responsibility for outcomes.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment that provides assistance and support to co-workers to achieve common goals.
• Positive attitude, punctuality and solid work ethic.
