PHSA is seeking 1 qualified consultant with the execution of the provincial digital health strategy. This SOW is addressing the need for a vendor to provide strong Azure and / or AWS DevOps Engineers, full stack software developers able to support the development and support of software packages within a DevOps environment. This also requires Azure and AWS infrastructure configurations and support expertise.

Services Required :

Consultant will have experience in the following (but not necessarily limited to) areas :

• Azure and AWS DevOps Engineering and Software Development : Agile / DevOps environmentComplete stack support (cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and monitoring)Cloud environment solutions (Azure, AWS)Complex multi-org environment configurationFull stack software development expertise
• Software application or related services delivery, including planning and successful technical tasks and plans for deliveryIdentify technical scope and solution requirementsMaintain documentation for technical readiness and project governance

The consultant will support the digital health strategy by developing new (innovative) solutions, extending existing solutions and providing support to operations solutions and cloud infrastructures where needed.

Will have a proven track record in identifying opportunities, achieving new insights, providing high quality solutions, improving business responses to complex business challenges.
