Role Overview :

The Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager will own the analytical, strategic, and operational support of our top-of-funnel operations and partner closely with GTM leadership across the organization.

This role will report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and will work closely with the Marketing and Demand Generation organizations to ensure we have a highly efficient and optimized funnel from Lead to Closed Win.

Responsibilities :

  • Implement a full lead-lifecycle program, including establishing campaign stamping and lead scoring, stages, and statuses in HubSpot and Salesforce, and creating marketing automation for stage and status flipping.
  • Own conversion tracking and optimization for MQL to SQL to SQO to Close.
  • Partner with finance, sales, and marketing to develop a high-fidelity pipeline coverage model anchored in a data-driven set of assumptions and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs and measure campaign efficiency.
  • Own the operational strategy for attribution, tracking, and reporting of marketing and top-of-funnel (TOFU) performance.
  • Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of all CRM data for TOFU efforts from Lead to Opp.
  • Support campaign operational execution, including campaign creation architecture, lead management, target list creation, and segmentation.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the Head of Demand Gen to implement processes and SDR incentive structures.
  • Own the reporting of SDR / BDR commission calculations and attainment.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on effective inbound and outbound activity measures and dashboards.
  • Drive continued process improvement across the MQL handoff process to Sales.
  • Provide analytics support to the Marketing team, ensuring data is driving strategic actions.
  • Work with SDR and Sales leaders on lead follow-up, prioritization, cadence effectiveness, and provide insights on how to manage the process more effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations leadership to understand business needs and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Help create and maintain documentation for Rules of Engagement (ROEs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Skills, Experience and Qualifications :

  • 7+ years in marketing operations for B2B SaaS.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with Excel / g-sheets / BI tools.
  • Experience with all major marketing ops and CRM tools, ie. Salesforce, Marketo, and Hubspot.
  • High attention to detail and ability to think critically when presented with information.
  • Experience working in an organization that has both an SMB / MM and Enterprise sales motions.
  • Demonstrates extreme ownership and ability to make quick decisions and execute.
  • Excellent story-telling skills and building out analytics packs.

Nice to haves :

  • Experience with ABM programs.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, Google tag management, and attribution for search and performance marketing.
  • Tableau experience.
