Responsibilities

  • Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Format and file regulatory documents.
  • Prepare reports and department financial data.
  • Process invoices for payment and review payroll time entry.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard office procedures.
  • Maintain filing systems and SharePoint sites.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Grade 7 education, a recognized Office Administration and / or Business Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency with various software applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Oracle, and PeopleSoft.
  • Detail-oriented individual with good judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work competently and independently.
